Established in 2008, Bay Tree VA is an experienced team of remote-working executive assistants and office managers. With our roots in Suffolk and our team predominantly based in the East of England, we support businesses and individuals nationwide.

One of our capable Bay Tree VAs (BTVAs) will be introduced to work proactively with you, churning through To Do lists and working as a key part of your team.

Our experience and size also allow us to work as your virtual working partners, identifying what you want to achieve and providing practical solutions so that your work flows more efficiently and you gain more time. This expanded service has developed due to the working relationships we have built with existing clients – as their businesses grew, our service evolved to reflect their changing needs and the skills of our BTVAs. In addition to one-to-one assistance, we can now offer organisations a virtual back-office team or secretariat solution.
