With a detailed understanding of what makes a great assistant, we’ve developed a process over several years that identifies key traits to distinguish a BTVA from a standard VA. The calibre of our team members sets us apart, as we continually see the capability and value we bring to clients and their businesses.

As one experienced BTVA recently said “It is the best working structure I have ever had”.
