We feel very fortunate to have the team of executive virtual assistants that we do. With a detailed understanding of what makes a great assistant, we’ve honed our selection process over several years so that we choose the most versatile and experienced candidates to join our team and support your company.

Key traits that distinguish a BTVA from a standard VA include:

Personality: calm, capable and friendly with a can-do attitude
Attitude: self-motivated, disciplined and conscientious; they are happy in their own company but also team players.
Experience: will have PA/senior secretarial experience or have assisted senior management.

We have honed our selection process so that we choose the most versatile and experienced candidates to join our team and support your company. The process has been designed to reassure you that your business will be in safe hands and our executive virtual assistants have completed the following process.

The calibre of our team members sets us apart, as we continually see the capability and value we bring to clients and their businesses. We don’t make individual BTVA information freely available, sharing it only for our unique matching process with a client. Once matched, our BTVAs work discreetly and blend into existing client teams, whilst remaining part of Bay Tree’s structure.

What attracts VAs to join Bay Tree?

Many are drawn to the specific structure of the business – a small team with assistant experience runs the business and manages the portfolio of clients. The BTVAs feel part of a professional, supportive structure that champions their abilities but looks out for them too. There is ongoing training, sharing of knowledge and best practice. As one experienced BTVA recently said “It is the best working structure I have ever had”.
