With a detailed understanding of what makes a great assistant, we’ve developed a process over several years that identifies key traits to distinguish a BTVA from a standard VA. The calibre of our team members sets us apart, as we continually see the capability and value we bring to clients and their businesses.
We don’t make individual BTVA information freely available, using it only for our unique matching process with a client. Once matched, our BTVAs work discreetly and blend into existing client teams, whilst remaining part of Bay Tree’s structure.

You may be wondering, what do our VAs get out of joining Bay Tree? Well, many are drawn to the specific structure of the business. A small team with assistant experience runs the business and manages the portfolio of clients. The BTVAs feel part of a professional, supportive structure that champions their abilities but looks out for them too. There is ongoing training, sharing of knowledge and best practice. As one experienced BTVA recently said “It is the best working structure I have ever had”.
