One of the greatest advantages of being part of the Bay Tree family is the knowledge that our VAs collectively bring to the table.
At the beginning of March we held one of our regular training sessions where we share news and views about apps and software. We can make recommendations to businesses as a sort of ‘try before you buy’ and every assistant has their favourite integrations and can usually give examples of where two systems have worked well together or fallen over. Whilst the team are not techies, they are smart users and know how to maximise a system.
We have put together a list of our experience should you need us. It covers everything from sharing portals, CRM and project management tools.
We hope to put many more of our top tips on the website and social media so look out for those. In the meantime, here’s one of our current favourite tips which is how you split your screen so you can refer to documents whilst taking part in that Zoom meeting!
